Det er ikke en guide med regler for grammatik og sprogbrug, men en guide med virksomhedens specifikke valg, der har til form\u00e5l at ensarte kommunikationen og tilpasse den til m\u00e5lgruppe og brand.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Er det nok, at guiden d\u00e6kker koncernsproget?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Flere og flere virksomheder v\u00e6lger at have engelsk som koncernsprog. Derfor indeholder deres brand- og styleguide oftest kun retningslinjer for, hvordan virksomheden \u00f8nsker at kommunikere p\u00e5 engelsk.<\/p>\n<p>Imidlertid er det de f\u00e6rreste virksomheder, der v\u00e6lger kun at kommunikere p\u00e5 engelsk, n\u00e5r de skal henvende sig til forbrugere eller virksomheder p\u00e5 lokale markeder. Alle unders\u00f8gelser viser og underst\u00f8tter nemlig teorien om, at der er langt lettere at s\u00e6lge et produkt eller en ydelse, n\u00e5r modtageren kan l\u00e6se om det p\u00e5 sit eget sprog.<\/p>\n<p>Derfor er overs\u00e6ttelse og kommunikation p\u00e5 andre sprog end engelsk et parameter, som virksomheden b\u00f8r tage med i sine overvejelser, hvis den vil skabe genkendelighed og en r\u00f8d tr\u00e5d for virksomhedens kommunikation og brandet p\u00e5 andre markeder.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Skal indholdet i guiden v\u00e6re det samme uanset sprog?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Retningslinjerne for det grafiske og visuelle vil n\u00e6sten altid v\u00e6re de samme uanset sprog, men der hvor udfordringerne opst\u00e5r er, n\u00e5r der skal kommunikeres p\u00e5 skrift, for her er reglerne ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis de samme for de enkelte sprog og de enkelte markeder.<\/p>\n<p>Hvordan overf\u00f8rer du for eksempel bedst din tone of voice, s\u00e5 den afspejler dit brand, men ogs\u00e5 passer til modtagerne p\u00e5 det lokale marked? Oftest ligger opgaven eller ansvaret i marketingafdelingen, men det er lige s\u00e5 vigtigt at involvere andre afdelinger, s\u00e5 der ikke kun bliver taget h\u00f8jde for det visuelle udtryk men lige s\u00e5 vel for brugen af specifik terminologi.<\/p>\n<p>Der er ingen, der kender din virksomhed og dine \u00f8nsker for dit brand bedre end dig selv. Derfor kan det v\u00e6re en opgave, der er sv\u00e6r at l\u00e6gge ud til et bureau. Dog kan du v\u00e6lge at involvere et bureau til at styre processen og sikre, at guiden kommer til at indeholde alle de n\u00f8dvendige informationer med hj\u00e6lp fra virksomhedens medarbejdere.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5r det g\u00e6lder den sproglige del af din brand-og styleguide, og n\u00e5r det g\u00e6lder om at f\u00e5 den overf\u00f8rt til andre sprog ogs\u00e5, vil den bedste samarbejdspartner at tage fat i uden tvivl v\u00e6re dit overs\u00e6ttelsesbureau.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Er det tilstr\u00e6kkeligt at lave en brand- og styleguide, n\u00e5r du \u00f8nsker at skabe ensretning i din kommunikation?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>V\u00e6lger du at udarbejde en brand- og styleguide for din virksomhed, og v\u00e6lger du at g\u00f8re det for alle sprog, som du kommunikerer p\u00e5, er du hjulpet godt p\u00e5 vej i forhold til at opn\u00e5 ensretning i din virksomheds kommunikation, der skal underst\u00f8tte dit brand.<\/p>\n<p>En brand- og styleguide kan godt indeholde regler for brug af specifikke ord eller termer eller en angivelse af, hvilke ord eller termer, det er bandlyst at bruge.
