Manuscript ready for use
Make your audiovisual material available in a variety of language so that your message reaches a wider audience.
A complete solution
If you want to make your audiovisual material available to a wider audience, you can safely leave the whole task to us. Your audiovisual products could be anything from radio advertisements, product and demonstration videos, training and instruction videos and much more.
We can transcribe your content into a manuscript (with time codes if necessary), which you can choose to either voice-over yourself or have one of our professional speakers do it for you. We can also add subtitles to your material and handle the translation and adaptation to any language you need. We exclusively work with translators who are native speakers in their target language.
Transcription
Transcription is the process of converting audio material into text. We offer transcription of your audiovisual content into a manuscript, adding time codes to make it ready for instant use.
You can then use the manuscript either to do your own voice-over of your material or choose to have one of our professional speakers do it for you. The texts can also be inserted into your audiovisual material as subtitles.
We can also adapt the transcribed text to your specific requirements and/or translate it into another language. We can also quality check the content you have chosen to transcribe yourself.
Subtitling
Smartphones have become the preferred platform to access the internet, and subtitling of your films, videos or other audiovisual material is therefore a very good way to get your message out there – even without sound.
By using professional tools and the best subtitlers in the industry, we can help you with professional subtitling of your material that is free from cluttered and overly long subtitles with unnatural speeds.
We can provide subtitles in any language and always select the best native speakers and subtitlers who understand the nuances of the language and cultural factors.
Voice-over
The use of video in online marketing has exploded, and it is believed that online content will increasingly consist primarily of videos.
However, video production is expensive, which is why voice-over (narration) is a good solution for companies that wish to reach their audiences in other markets.
Using a professional speaker to voice over your videos opens them up to a global audience.
We offer an all-in-one solution that ensures that all aspects of your project – dialects, accents, tone and various technical requirements – are taken into account.
Translation and localisation of your content
Give your brand a voice in other languages by allowing us to help you translate your audiovisual content.
We work with a large network of language specialists, and we can always find the perfect translator for your content. Our linguists exclusively translate into their native language, ensuring that no nuances are lost and all cultural factors are taken into consideration. They also make sure to accommodate any specific requirements you may have relating to style and tone, for example.
A professional network
We exclusively work with professional speakers, translators and subtitlers, who are ready to give your brand a voice in a new language. They only take on projects where the output is in their native language, so you can be certain that they understand the nuances of the language and take cultural factors into consideration.
When you have to find a speaker for your project, it is important to find the right voice. That is why we always send you a sample of the speaker’s voice before confirming our selection so that we know you are satisfied with his or her voice, accent and tone.

“We have worked with AdHoc Translations for over a year now. It is a pleasure to see that we receive great help in many areas of our daily work. On-time delivery of translations is probably our key priority, but many other tasks are involved in running a translation unit. We get excellent advice on technology, we have defined a KMD-specific project flow and we receive detailed reporting. We also appreciate the open and informal tone. It certainly makes most jobs a little easier.
