TRUSTZONE
TRUSTZONE got an excellent text for their English website by first having a skilled translator with industry knowledge translate the text and then giving a creative copywriter free reins to make the text even more sharp and convincing.
Established in Denmark, TRUSTZONE has since 2004 been distributing digital certificates to European companies with a focus on the Scandinavian markets.
Today, TRUSTZONE is among the biggest digital certification agencies in Europe and has so far issued more than 100,000 certificates to Danish and international customers.
TRUSTZONE delivers solutions that are adapted to the individual customer. This means that the customers get the exact combination of certificates and overall solution they need. The certificates delivered by TRUSTZONE include: SSL certificates, Personal Sign, Document Signing and Code Signing.
THE JOB
TRUSTZONE needed translation of content from their new website from Danish into English. As they were in the process of launching the new website, their primary requirement was that the translation had to be done quickly without compromising on quality.
The content included difficult technical subjects, which meant that the right translator had to be chosen. TRUSTZONE therefore requested that the job was carried out by a translator with experience in translating such content. This would mean that the translator would use the correct terminology and create a text that communicated the content accurately.
Unlike the other agencies TRUSTZONE has used in the past, AdHoc Translations has since mid-2018 been able to handle other translation requests for Trustzone satisfactorily. That is why they also choose AdHoc Translations for website translation project.
THE SOLUTION
Since the translation needed to be done quickly, the solution was to have a skilled translator do the job. The translator delivered a good translation that was a correct rendition of the source text.
However, TRUSTZONE wanted to make several stylistic and textual changes afterwards. The solution was therefore adapted, and a copywriter was included on the job. Without access to the source text, the copywriter had free reins to delete, add and make creative adjustments. The result was an effective text which, with only minor adjustments, could be published on the new website.
For TRUSTZONE, including a copywriter in the workflow proved the right solution and a solution the company undoubtedly will use on future customer-targeted content.
Torben Slot Dabelsteen from TRUSTZONE has the following to say about the cooperation with AdHoc Translations:
“AdHoc Translations has a high service level and has done everything to accommodate our needs and requests for translations. We have been satisfied with the work they have delivered and will continue to use this agency for this job type.”
