The job

New website = new content = new translations. The brief from TRUSTZONE was clear: translate the content on our new website from Danish into English.

As TRUSTZONE were in the process of launching their website, their primary requirement was that the translation had to be done quickly without compromising quality.

Some of the content included technically difficult subjects, so TRUSTZONE wanted a translator with experience in that type of content. We looked to our vast network of translators and found the perfect translator for the job – someone who knew the industry, the terminology and the technical aspects of the solutions and who would be able to translate the text with a keen eye for all these details.

A meeting was arranged, and a deal was struck.

The solution

Sometimes, a perfect translation is not enough. In this case, the right solution was to include a creative copywriter in the loop. Without access to the source text, the copywriter was given free rein to delete, add and make creative adjustments to produce outstanding text. 

The result

The result was an effective text which TRUSTZONE was able to publish with only minor adjustments.

For TRUSTZONE, including a copywriter in the workflow proved the right solution for this particular job, a solution the company will use on customer-targeted content in future.
